Mine is first do a marathon but this would be incredible and awe inspiring! Ngl getting excited thinking about it!

Back in late 2018 I battle depression, anxiety, and watching this made me say. I want to train for the triathlon. And compete and finish it. As I began training my mood change, felt better of myself and had more confidence due to indentifying as an athlete and pushing myself physically. Despite born with asthma, I took precautions and was ready to compete in 2019. Mini triathlon, finish it was so great. I encourage anyone to train safe, enjoy the journey and have triathlon in ur life. Is a great feeling to wake up and just want to slay down the depression demon.

That’s exactly what inspired me. Seeing their abilities reminds me of how much I truly am capable of

2:05 best part. "And go the distance", showing someone crawling to the finishing line. Now that is inspiring.

I just turned 20 years old 24 days ago. In the very near future, no matter the cost, I will complete the full distance ironman in Kona. Putting this here to remind myself to get after it!!

It will Never get old

One of my favorite inspiring videos from Ironman. It always brings back memories from when I completed my first Ironman race. If you ever get a chance to compete in one, all I can say is that it is a life changing journey. Every sacrifice made to get to that finishing point was so well worth it. Train hard. Embrace the pain. And have fun!

The same thing happens to me, in 2013 I did my first Ironman Texas and hearing that they tell you that you are an Ironman gives you goosebumps and makes you want to cry with happiness, in addition to the fact that the community of triathletes who become Ironman marks your whole life and becomes a great family.

I watch this constantly as motivation to keep my training up. I've done 70.3 and am going the the full distance in October. It will hurt. Alot. But watching heroes like the Blazeman do it keeps me in the game and makes it all relative. Anything is possible

Awesome video. I'm so glad they featured many of our athletes with physical disabilities. They are the true heroes who make the impossible possible.

When I'm not my best I always come here I feel like a Champion after hearing this video. I think about my son and how mind set he is and displin he is . I love being his cheerleader iIm proud mom 💙

It's finally time to start playing Football

Just finished my first IM 2 days ago and this video gets me right in the feels. Such an incredible experience.

So inspiring! My exercising went so well, and then I got admitted to hospital 9 days ago and still here... looks like I have Myasthenia Gravis. I got so far with exercising and now it just throws me back so far. To stay motivated, I needed a plan. My surgeon and I are gonna run a half marathon in September and maybe next year we‘re gonna do the Ironman 70.3 in Switzerland! I‘m really trying to stay positive but it‘s hard. My surgeon sent me this video and I watch it everyday now to keep me motivated!

Finished my first Ironman last month. Watched this video every week before long training rides. Love it.

This is my go-to Ironman motivational video. Helped get me thru all the training for Lake Placid and Maryland and I'm still going to it when I need a little extra.

Watched this the first time in 2014. Crossed the first 140.6 finish line in 2016. No greater athletic feeling.

When life goes hard, I see this trailer and see the inspirational people and I wake up. Thank you athletes ! Thank you Ironman!

Very good illustration of the required physical and mental requirements of the participants to compete , ...which should not be Forgetting , the need to complete and finish the marathon as per the age and physical condition of the individual .. Mentally , I am convince that I could compete but physically at 84 I am dreaming in color..and will rely on my son to participate.....and wish him all the best...

After 2 years I finally completed my first Ironman 70.3 2 years before when I saw this video for the first time I didn't even realise that I am going to try it But this day finally came and I completed my first Ironman 70.3 with sub 6h time ! ! !

Unsprisingly, David Goggins barely smiled. Just a plain ole High-five. The man's a beast.

Finally got there, 2021 Ironman Cozumel. There were plenty of mornings i could have stayed in bed, all i had to do was watch this video to get me going!

no matter how you feel watching this video inspires you motivates you and watching it you see all people on a wheel chair people with Prosthetics anyone can do it if you truly put your heart and soul into it. My son is going on he's 4 yr doing Ironman and we have so much fun cheering hem and all the other's on. I never get tired of watching this video. You can do this guys !!

2023 Ironman was the year - Can't wait for 2024!!

When im 20 i want to compete, im 15 now and when i read about IM it connected to me like a chain i knew that i wanted to do it, since yesterday i started to take longer routes back to home trying to push myself, i joined a swimming club. This video almost brought me to tears and it gave me so much motivation. My dream is to one day complete IM.

I’m 17 and almost a month ago I did my first marathon (42 km) with zéro training. My longest race was 5 km, I did it 4h28 and I wanted to do under 4h30. Now I want to do an Ironman in November but I will train

Finished my first Half Boulder 70.3 with tears in my eyes. I never imagined what I was possible to achieve. 140.6 here I go.

I still keep coming back to this video... IM70.3 Zell am See and Lanzarote in the calendar for this year. Let's hope they go ahead...
