Iron Maiden... Always and forever my favorite band. When I bought this album in 8th grade I had to hide it from my mom in a Steve Miller Band album sleeve.

The clansman with Bruce has become one of my favorite Iron Maiden songs.

I saw all 4 shows of Live After Death in Long Beach California in 1985! It was epic!!! UP THE IRONS 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥🔥🔥

in 2008 i saw Iron Maiden at the grass pop metal meeting with 100,000 people it was awesome :D

I can't believe these guys are almost 70 yrs old!! Bruce being the youngest also pilots their Boeing to and from the shows! So glad to have seen them!

Few singers have this voice and knowledge.Patton is another beast.I was never a metal type,but always an Iron Maiden fan.As a small kid I bought Somewhere in time.Wow,eye-opener.one of the albums that staied with me and will always have a place in my mind and soul.

Number of the Beast has become the traditional song to play after the break for the encore portion of the concert. They will say goodnight, thank the audience, and leave the stage. The lights go dark, and then "Woe to you, o earth and seed..." kicks in for the encore. It is amazing to watch live.

Rock in Rio was 250.000 fans!

I went to a concert last year for a band called Uriah Heap. My 8 year old little brother actually caught a drumstick. It was awesome and I was so proud of him!

Love the fact you guys see the true art in music. All of the music you have reviewed. You give this old man some faith for the future generation. Keep Rockin Ladies!

Yes, I had never heard of the R 101, until I listened to Empire of the Clouds,for the first time...

They removed that fan from the stage. But if it was Juliet, I'm pretty sure the fellas would love having her next to them!

Check out the studio version for the best scream. Voice is better in his younger days. The original video is fun too.

This was so much fun to see! Very similar to the first time I heard this song. Growing up in a very catholic family I had weird emotions about the artwork and was scared to death about having my Nana find out about me listening to "devil music" LOL it was scary and amazing at the same time. Hey girls! Love the fact you're so into Maiden as much as you are! They are the OGs of power metal and awesome vocals. But the thing is, Number of the Beast is a warning: To not let the Devil take control of you in your dreams, where it was once thought you were the most vulnerable.

The beauty of Iron Maiden is that a song written just today, will be a classic tomorrow. Once you get into their music, it's hard not to like any song. All because, somehow, they are all wonderfully written and sung. Steve Harris is a genius. And, what's not to like from Nicko? One of, if not the best drummer in heavy metal, a true down to earth man, always teasing the fans to warm them up, throwing sticks and skins, always smiling. I could bet, even if having a bad day, you will find him smiling and with a nice and kind word. Loved your reactions, ladies. Sorry for missing the live Halloween broadcasting. Kind regards, stay safe, and most importantly keep rocking to Iron Maiden. Up the Irons.

The person reading the intro to that song was the late actor Vincent Price, famous for starring in horror movies for decades. Please do yourself the favor and always watch the original videos not just the live versions or else you are missing so much greatness. :) Chris

One of those groups,that are special.Just another league.Rush,Zeppelin....many,but some are above for many reasons.Listen to the music,lyrics,voice of an opera singer.Drums,guitars,bass.Match made in heaven.What a group.Thx to Steve,that was the glue that held them together w/ a clear objective.At the beginning,he was so focused,that he wouldn't let anyone screw his plans and we are fortunate to be blessed by Music,not music
