I love this band, you don't need to be chilling with girls and and doing drugs to be a rockstar, you can drink a cup of tea and be a rockstar, Bruce is the best frontman in the heavy metal and Iron Maiden is the best heavy metal band of all time.

Powerslave will always be my favourite Maiden album, perhaps mostly due to nostalgia (Piece of Mind being a close second), but I think Seventh Son is probably their best. The songwriting and production are just top notch. I really like the sorta prog elements they began introducing with this album. Some parts of songs sound like 70s Rush. And whoever mixed that album is a fuckin genius. It’s one of the few albums that when I listen to it, I’m often distracted by the “non-musical” elements of the record. My uncle and I listened to it in the car today, and we spent the entire time pointing out all the things we liked about the “sound”, the production, the mixing, etc. Lol We barely talked about the actual songs themselves.
