This entire album is just flawless, start to finish. There's like maybe one filler track (Deja Vu) and even that song is pretty good. I personally got amped up before all my track/cross country meets in high school listening to The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner

One of the greatest album and track. This band has made such an impact and influenced so many other bands. If one were to ask me who was your main inspiration in metal the answer is definitely Iron Maiden. 2022 still the greatest band in my book.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Iron Maiden for this siginificant contribution at the spreading of our hellenic history. All the Hellines (Greeks) appreciate your love to our history and country and espcially nowdays, that we are literally surrounded from enemies both outside and inside of our country, we are doomed again, or, if you would like we have an appointment again with our history, to defend our nation alone. Alexander the Great will always be a great masterpiece written by the best Heavy Metal band of all time. But for me, Wasted Years is my favourite Iron Maiden song written by Adrian Smith. But Alexander the Great is a close second. Listen to Wasted Years, great lyrics, great guitar riffs.

God, how I love this song!! Not only because I love history, but because this song invoke such feelings of battle and historic ones, like the myth Alexander, just he and Ceaser were able to do!! And the long guitar' solo it's simple amazing, I could guess 25 or more notes for second in some moments!!
