The World's best Lifters from the USA, Europe & Africa arrived in England to try and claim Strongman's Blue Ribbon event.
Could the World Record Holder - IRON BIBY - take the title back to Burkina Faso again or would American record holder - Bobby THOMPSON take the title back across the pond?

Luke's body obviously just shut down completely after the clean and going into the press. Iron Biby definitely has the world record in him, but we'll have to wait and see because between now to then, we can never know what to expect from these athletes. *I thought for sure he was going to lock it out, but had he gone that extra shove to get it there, he undoubtedly would have suffered a catastrophic injury so I'm glad that didn't happen.* These single event showdowns are always super cool. *Sometimes better than the strongman competitions.*

@@JamieVauxnut1 ah well shit, I am so rarely up to speed with Strongmen athletes but I still follow a lot of them loyally and always try to consume any media that comes from them. *Oddly, I've surely heard about it, read it and probably even watched it, but my brain is under so many demands I forget these details.*

When did Biby last compete in a FULL CONTEST? Talk about one trick pony. It's about time that Giants Live stopped allowing this, Strongman is about the complete package, Static strength, Function and, Athleticism. I've been following Strongman for 40 years, look at the Greats, they ALL and Athleticism, and unless injured, all competed!

all the drama of trans people in sports taking records and theres never a mention of bears wearing human clothes doing the same thing )
