Haste To The Wedding. This scene is magic and works just as intended. It come near the end of the first season and coincides with the character's mutual knowledge and familiarity, At this juncture, from the viewer's point of view, there's suddenly the sense of affection for the principals. We see the characters in a completely new and different situation, the tenants ball. When Flurry playfully leads his grandmother to the floor to commence the dancing with the sudden panache of the music, we take absolute delight in the verve, charm and love of the moment. Bryan Murray is terrific yet no more so than Beryl Reid who knows more than a thing or to about song, dance and comedy. Great stuff !

Awesome. It my favourite TV series Irish RM. Ireland forever. Brilliant TV series. Donegal Ireland my family have Irish fram. Seen this Scotland Glasgow Britain in 1983 to 1985 RTE and Channel production in Ireland it Anglo Irish Catholic ascendency they the Irish government in Dublin Ireland Castle. 200 seat Anglo Irish parliament in Dublin Ireland.
