I used to go to Meath, Fletcher'stown, my grandfather came from there. I have happy memories of there . From me in Scotland.

What a lovely and informative video. While I did visit Ireland in 1986, I did not get to see much of the eastern part of the country. I would love to return, and in fact, friends of mine are getting married in Co Meath this summer, but I am unable to go due to health concerns. Thank you for allowing me to virtually visit this beautiful county, so full of amazing sights and history. 😊💕

In your intro you can see Slane Mill in the background, where my mum worked. In fact, the roadway to your left (out of camera view) is called Fennor, where she grew up.

Ive ben two times at Newgrange and it was magical! Helas the last time I was trying again, and it was closed, a big disappointment.
