He was in a civilian helicopter that they didn't know the maintenance level of. Then flew alone with no escorts like he was supposed to. Their should have been another helicopter and a jet with him for safety. Then after all that decided to fly into bad weather. I think this was a internal assassination someone in Iran really wants to do something to someone the former guy was stopping.

It's not the helicopters drop that kills you, it's that sudden stop into the mountain. Adios El Presidente.

Let's see if I understand, it was a convoy of three helicopters where the main one had a "PERCANSE" and disappeared while the other two continued calmly, leaving the president's helicopter lost, and they arrived safely. This do not make any sense.
