Until 1979, Iran and Israel had VERY good relations. The King, Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, was very Pro- American and Pro- Israel. Iran was overthrown by the current regime and the exiled ... The Wiki. "Israel & Iran Relations" twists some of the truth.

Here vis a note, Iran has been a civilization that is several thousand years old, the Israeli apartheid state and America have yet to show themselves anything but a momentary spec in the horizon of time. Iran has withstood the trials of seven thousand years and they are still here and doing fine. There is a still question as to whether that will be said for the Israeli apartheid state and America.

I don't think any Persian Jews are going to be returning to Iran, any day soon. There are very few left there. But true, ancient Persia was a wonderful and diverse country...Jews prospered there...and then Islam took over Persia and everything changed, making life in Persia a nightmare for any who weren't Muslims. Only around 8000 Jews today in Iran. I remember reading that Iran saved Jews during the Holocaust, and there was even an Iranian "Schindler", a Muslim Iranian diplomat named Abdol Hossein Sardari. He helped save about a 1000 Jews, mostly children, from Poland. Under the Pahlavi shahs, life was again good for Jews in Iran. I hope Iranians will finally be freed from their oppressive hateful murderous regime. Iranians deserve freedom and a good life.

I always said it, BLM took about a week to organize and march, how come the same night demonstration on October 7th without Israel doing anything there was demonstration? All this was prepared before hand, this demonstration do not happened organically.

Caroline, it would have been great if this had been a regular interview, with questions and answers. Beheshti is impassioned and has much of value and insight to share, but comes across as overwhelming, though entirely sincere. 😅

Thank-you, Vahid Behesti for your courage & truth. I wish you safety. I'm in the U.S. & witnessing the brainwashing of the youth against the Jews & Israelis. I'm horrified at how many Palestinians are coming out of the "woodwork" to do their dirty work. My mostly Jewish (about 95%) bf's both sets of grandparents came to America. He's been to Israel 3 times, so he's witnessed changes in Palestinian hatred of Jews by having rocks thrown at him. He's been attacked in America for being Jewish all his life with an increase in verbal attacks since Oct. 7th. I fear for his safety. I am 2% Jewish & have DNA relatives in Israel I haven't met, but I can't help but wonder how they've been affected. TYT (The Young Turks) podcasts are poisoning our youths' minds with their vitriol.

How sad that the world hasn't opened their eyes to what is going on! So much has been so obvious and so much has come out and has become even more clear since Oct. 7th, while so many insist on shutting their eyes to it for their own reasons. Happy Passover!
