Some small corrections Iran is Shia Majority but not Arab. They are Persian. Iraq is Shia Majority but Arab. Saddam was Sunni Arab ruling over Shia Majority Iraq. Bahrain is another Shia Maj country with Sunni King. Even Saudi Arabia, has a very sizable Shia population who are kept under bay by Sunni Kingdom. That is the reason that Saudi Iran rivalry started once Islamic Revolution threw the Shah out of power and the Kingdom felt it would be next.

Untill a decade ago we had hordes of Iranians doing Ph.ds in science and engineering in Indian universities.
