In this video, I started walking at sunrise. Morning sports activities such as cycling and walking and general exercises are done in this beautiful place.
In the eastern part of Lahijan and at the bottom of a green and box-covered peak called Satan Kooh, which in ancient times was called Shahneshin Kooh, there is a large pool with an area of 17 hectares and a depth of about 4 meters, which in the past was a water tank for irrigation. They were rice fields and were fed by running water from the mountains. There is a beautiful island in the middle of the pool (formerly called the "middle of the ridge"), which is connected to the southern edge of the pool by a long concrete bridge. The length of the margin of this pool is about 2 km, which is located next to a beautiful boulevard and surrounds the pool and is one of the most important sightseeing and entertainment centers in Lahijan.

در این ویدیو من در هنگام طلوع خورشید شروع به پیاده روی کردم. فعالیت های ورزش صبحگاهی مانند
دوچرخه سواری و پیاده روی و نرمش های همگانی در این مکان زیبا انجام میشود
در بخش شرقی لاهیجان و در پایین قله ای سرسبز و پوشیده از شمشاد به نام شیطان کوه که در قدیم آن را شاه نشین کوه می نامیدند، استخری بزرگ به وسعت ۱۷ هکتار و عمقی در حدود ۴ متر قرار دارد که در گذشته مخزن آبی برای آبیاری مزارع برنج بوده و توسط آب های جاری شده از کوه تغذیه می شد. در وسط استخر جزیره زیبایی وجود دارد (در گذشته به آن «میان پشته» گفته می شد) که به وسیله یک پل سیمانی طویل، به حاشیه جنوبی استخر متصل شده است. طول حاشیه این استخر نزدیک به ۲ کیلومتر بوده که در کنار بلواری زیبا قرار دارد و دور تا دور استخر را احاطه کرده و از مراکز دیدنی و تفریحی مهم لاهیجان می باشد.
