You need to trail break into the corners to get the car to rotate more that way you can use less steering input, you will gain a huge amount of time. You should be on the breaks slightly to improve front grip also trail breaking will allow you to accelerated earlier because the nose of the car will be pointed sharply towards the corner exit which improve your lap time's. But you have to be careful not to release the breaks to early or your car will begin to understeer and if you don't release the breaks gradually the car will oversteer and you will spin out at the apex.
