हम उनकी इस विचार से पूर्ण समर्थन करते है।निखिल जी आज नसीहत दे रहे है जब स्वयं थे तो आम लोगो पर ध्यान नही देते थे।

ठीक है! पर इतना तो पता ही है कि उपदेश सिर्फ दूसरों के लिए होते हैं।

Nobody can bully a lady IPS officer. She is working all the time but not at her house. It is not bad.

यह महिला अधिकारी आज के समय से अच्छी तरह से परिचित हैं अपनी जवाबदारी को भी अच्छी तरह समझती हैं, नया जोश जनून है काम करने का. कोई भी अधिकारी अपने समय के अनुसार ही अपना काम करता है । अपने गिरेबान में झांकना चाहिए ।

किसी इंसान की भी निजी जिंदगी होती है। सबको अधिकार है अपने इच्छा से जीने का। किसी को बिना वजह मत बदनाम कीजिए । पहले खुद पर लेकर देखिए खुद समझ आएगा।

Time has changed. This young ips is firm & duty bound and logically correct.

There should be no interference from retired official. They should be treated as common citizen. They should know that when common citizen suffer no one help. These retired officials should also suffer and know what kind of system they have created.

I do agree with the Ms. Sherawat IPS point of view. Every one has right to have a personal space in their life. Mr. Nikhil Kumar sud remember those days , when he was not available in his office even after appointment. I know very well his working . Sorry Nikhal u r wrong on this point.

Every one has his or her on way of doing da job Should a retired officer have right to dictate his terms n admonish some woman officer as he has super power,he appears to b a dictator da way he decides what is right or wrong, Aren't there other ways to deal da matter, being a retired person n an ex governor he must have da sense of courtesy

Apparently, ex IPS seemed to have forgotten how to behave with an IPS on duty, more so at her residence. Apparently, Ms. Sweta looked very sober, cslm, cool and collected in her behaviour, despite the ex-IPS talking to her face, raising minatory fingers all the while in an intimidating voice as it were Ex-IPS is still her boss.

Sir ji, there is difference between a male IPS officer & female IPS Officer, if she is not comfortable to meet at home, let her use the private space for self, you can't enforce, can't take her on ransom for this being a female, just be little soft, Sir ji is found to be angry & harsh in words, where as video shoen is found female IPS Officer is quite humble, soft and receptive. and

सरकारी अधिकारी के आवास पर केम्प कार्यालय इसलिए होता है कि कोई किसी समस्या के लिए आये तो उसे सुने। अगर आप किसी से नहीं मिलना है तो उनको सरकारी अधिकारी/पब्लिक सेरवेंट नहीं बनना चाहिए। अपना व्यक्तिगत कार्य करे आप से कोई नहीं मिलने आयेगा।

आईपीएस सहरावत के व्यवहार उचित नहीं लगा । अभी अभी आईपीएस बनकर आयी है । बिहार में पुलिस अफ़सर का रॉब नेता के समक्ष मिमियाने लगता है । कारण अपने ड्यूटी से समझौता करना । समय पर जनता को मदद नहीं करना है ।

Even a clerk woman shows muscle powers what coul be attitude of such female officers expected.

This is not the way to talk to the female IPS officer while she is on uniform. We should learn how to respect woman first. Woman officers must be treated with respect. Mem is very cool.
