I feel pity and bad for our Justice system. Because, agree it, much unnecessary time is taken for procedure. If it's a high emotion case, one must not take much time for achievable procedure, rather must know the depth, urgency or emotion of the case. One may watch American Judges court videos too. That's why their Justice System is Justly faster and ours is not faster.

जज के ठाठ इसलिए हैं, कि देश में प्रजातंत्र है। न तो अधिनायकवाद यानि dictatorship है और न ही मिलिटरी राज्य है (martial law). कोर्ट मार्शल तो जाहिलाना सिस्टम है, जिसमें तीन चार जनरल रैंक के अधिकारी, सैनिक को फांसी तक की सजा दे सकते हैं। बाद में अपील भी Chief of Army, नेवी या एयर फोर्स के पास जाती है, या फिर हाई कोर्ट में।

Thanks to Judge sab for maintaining my faith in judiciary. Don't this inocent look of Army major fool you. I've seen lot's of Court of Inquiry and how Army or other defence organisation do justice to their personnel within the boundry.

First of all... this proceeding is not about turning over the judgment from court-martial... In the Indian constitution... Court Martial order could not be turned over ... By the way, this is only about the sick leave matter, not the command insubordination... !! sujhbujh ke heading daal bhjai....!!

@@sayantannath7655 Presidents don't conduct court marshal themselves. The power is infested in the court marshal by the president. One can surely appeal to the President. No one is above the Indian constitution and the supreme court is the protector of the constitution. So in any case if there is a violation of one's constitutional rights, supreme court can overturn the ruling of a court marshal. Name suggests everything dear in democracy☺️☺️☺️
