    Hi Doctor! When I sit with hunchback posture! I feel sternum bone pain(same costochondritis), it relieves when I roll my upper back with tennis ball . But how to sit straight always😢 is costochondritis not resolved fully.....

    Hi Dr Sir, Thanks for the nice Video. Iam 76. I don’t have sugar. Two times a year I got a Blood Test. This time Hemoglobin A1C 6.5 Blood Test show it us. My Dr. gave me MetFORMIN XR Tablets for 3 months. (180 tab) If I take the medicine once I have to go through. That’s why Iam afraid. 6 years ago, I started doing Yoga. Now, I think I want to Walking, I want do Best Diet for Diabetes & Yoga. After that it’s going to be reduce in normal (4.0-5.6) Thank you Dr. Can you give me an Idea? (or) Advice to me Please.!!!     More than three years age Milk is not required,milk digestive system not available, doctors used to say,in short milk not required for adults 😮 You are saying adults has to consume milk? Please make it clear.

    Our digestive system in humans developed required enzymes to digest the milk above 3 years. Unless the person is allergic to Dairy products there won’t be any problem. Your body will not digest the milk if you are allergic so it will show symptoms. The issue is not Milk here, the adulteration done while getting the milk is the big issue. There are hormones, products that increase the milk unethically, etc are the big danger.
