@@hishamshariff4411 usually not, but if it's overheating, try to leave it for a bit to cool down and blow cold air into the back of your phone (where the battery is).

I'm using it to keep my coffee warm. If I need to make a call I use a roll of frozen burger. You need like a 3lbr tho & they can be pricey. Dude was like head to the apple store. HaHaHa!! I paid more for this phone than my first car. I will be rotating these rolls.

OK Restore all settings did the trick. I don't know what it fixed but it has cooled down and analytics show the errors have stopped. All apps are working again. I was literally on my way to upgrade from my 6S to an 11. You saved me some money during the pandemic.

Excellent video. Helped me a lot. tysm. Especially the second time I watched it. On the second time one hears a lot more.

After I close all my apps and turned off some of the apps refreshing in the background and then rebooting the phone I think that fix my overheating problem. Thank you very much

I play one game for 3 hours so I play it on a flat Ice pad. That cured my over heating of an I phone 7. I must warn everyone the I phone 7 will not charge at 32F . It will start charging again at 40F. The I phone 7 does not type correctly when too hot.

My remedy: get an Android. Always works

I had a solution for when I’m in my room I turn on the air conditioner and put it to the coldest setting then hide in my blanket and use my phone while it’s out in the Arctic

Faulty WiFi modules also can cause overheating. Overheating is not always caused by the CPU. For example, my phone doesn’t overheat in airplane mode. But when I turn on WiFi, I’m getting an abnormal amount of heat.

It’s roblox and KZread for me like every time I play royal high on roblox my phone overheats and my battery drains faster then usual like I’ll have 90% then after about 4 minutes it’ll be at 89% but when I play any other game my battery is fine 😭😭😭

When I gaming on my iphone 8 plus it was okay. But my new iphone xs noticeably overheats too much in such a short period of time and battery capacity degrades fast when it’s too hot.

My 11 pro is heating up like crazy when I reset the settings... all apps are closed in the background. Is that normal? :-( My phone also heats up a lot when I use speaker phone on a regular call or when I run Google maps for navigation and the battery drains very quickly.

I just bought a refurb iPhone 11 pro max from Verizon online, May 2022. As soon as I opened it, it was overheating a lot. I went to your channel to try your fixes first, before returning it. Note …that VZN charges a $50 restocking fee, not sure if they would offer to fix or let me exchange. The good news is that I tried your first suggestion to check the battery settings and the Siri app was using 85% . I cannot stand Siri and never use it, but the iPhone settings automatically had all siri options turned on- about 15 of them. I turned them all off, and have had no overheating at all. I will update this comment if I have anymore problems. Thank you very much!

Hi, I have been following your directions on how to save battery life. I got a new battery for my iPhone 11 Pro two months ago. It still drains quickly, especially while on Facebook. Not only that, my iPhone 11 Pro gets WAY too hot! I have been following this KZread clip just now, but I don’t see how to do reset your iPhone. How do I do that? &, do I have to put my username/passwords back into apps that I frequently use? How does reset it help from not getting your iPhone 11 Pro get WAY too hot? I have done everything you advised, but, this iPhone still gets hot. If I have to take it to an Apple store, would they do this as well, reset it? Do you have a video clip on how to rest your iPhone? I drive for Uber & it’s warming up my iPhone 13 pro like crazy. I even tried plugging in my phone a couple of times to charge it and I got a message stating that the phone was to hot to charge & that I need to wait. I even noticed my battery drains faster now.
