Excellent video. I like the way each cables function is mentioned. My home button didn’t work initially. This video gave me info to know where to look!

Thank you for the video, quite exaggerated quitting all components, in that part I jumped to other video. I came back to see how to reassembly.

I've done it 4 years ago on my iphone 7 and now I need to do it again with my 2020 SE cause I've dropped it and the home button cracked. The phone display can't show anything.I'm gonna be fixing it and also change the battery as well. Although I removed the battery without taking out any components around it. You just need to pull very gently.

@@lemonacidrounds7293 His guide is like completely open the iphone. I would do the same as you, just remove the battery without taking out everything...where you get your parts?

In both of your videos you do not show the IPhone powering up after the repair. Would it not be wise to test the phone to see if it powers up before closing the unit up?

After I replaced the battery and booted I got a message on my phone in my battery setting about an unknown part. And I had no cellular and no texting or calling on my phone. I put my wife’s SIM card into my phone and I then had cellular. So I know I didn’t damage anything as my phone worked fine with the other SIM card. I still had all other functions on my phone. Any ideas on how to restore my cellular?

It’s cool that you show how to take all the other components out, but it is so unnecessary. Just unplug and pull the battery, put in a new on and connect it…done.
