Why don't you replace the capacitor.i mean to say is will that be ok without replacing keeping open the capacitor.yes it will work for once but by the next short it will effect the main ic ..I'm just curious to know please reply I'm just a beginner ..please reply sir I wanna knows more

That's Just Filter Capacitor 😊 not necessary at all incase next time short the main ic. He will change it and take more money from the customer 😁 (Business😉)
