hey I've just bought my first iphone same as in the video, and I got lucky and was able to find a white one but only 16gigs of memory. I have subscribed to the iCloud and it helps to keep the memory usage low. I put a good screen saver and an OtterBox. I have to say I'm really impressed with my new phone and I have subscribed to your channel. good work.

Michael, I always love watching your reviews. It's hard to come across an unbiased review regarding Apple products. You seem to approach things from an objective, yet fair point of view. I have love for both platforms but after using an iPhone 6 for over a year and then switching to a Nexus 6P, I missed many of the conveniences of iOS. Expecting a 6s Plus tomorrow. 128GB model. The only thing I was ever disappointed with was the capacity (my 6 is just 16GB) so this will MORE than make up for that.

Watching in my 6s plus in 2018 and this phone is still working smoothly

The iPhone is compared to every android phone that is released daily. I stick with Apple because they don't have thousands of different devices from different companies that try to out do one phone. I understand the differences of Apple and Any Android phone but what I don't understand is why there are so many android apple haters that have to comment just to prove their phone is better? If your phone is so much better then why do you feel the need to prove a point???? Yes, It can be informative to those who want a comparison, but that's what they want, a comparison. I will never understand why people have to fight over a product that won't even matter in a year because something better will be out.

I love the customization on Androids. my keyboard, each app icon, and a different background for every screen make my phone something I really like to use. I like an micro sd card slot as well. I have note 4 and I'm sticking with it until something else comes along I like.

i was always an android user, then i bought the iphone 6 a year and a half ago and was blown away, then i accidentally dropped the phone and cracked it, i thought oh well i'll just go back to android, by now i'm sure they got their shit together when it came to the lag and random shut down of apps, nope!! my galaxy s6 edge plus lagged and my pandora constantly crashed. Just got this phone yesterday and thank god!! i'm so glad im back with apple

You completely glossed over the fact that the 6S and 6S Plus completely annihilate every Android phone in performance. The A9 chip paired with 2GB of RAM is a BEAST.

true but performance doesn't really matter any more now that android M hardly need that much power to run, plus theres no app that even takes full advantage of the snapdragon 810 processor, if that app lags that's due to software not hardware.

Yeah, I find it funny how fanboys still talk shit about the processor and RAM of the iPhone. When it's been clearly shown in tests to beat the pants off of quad core and octocore processors.... Legitimately proves specs aren't everything.... When you optimize the software and hardware to work in unison. It's a beautiful thing!

I just got this phone after I had the LG V10 for a little while. This phone is definitely worth it! I had the iPhone 6 before the LG and I can say that it is worth the upgrade from last year. My favorite thing about this phone is the battery life. No matter how hard I try, I can't make the phone die in one day.

You missed the A9 SoC. It is by far the fastest SoC available. Completely outclass the Samsung 7420 in graphic and web rendering.

Because it isn't, still loses in multi core and ram performance amongst other things it arguable balances out depending what you need but A9 is good for IOS but 7420 is much better for Androids for performance, background tasks and battery life. Web task is system dependant, app dependant and gpu dependant depending on the content so that varies, the indisputable thing the iPhone has going for it is the Gpu graphic performance which apple always goes in on and that is different from the A9 which is only the CPU.

*****​​​​ you obviously don't know shit about android phones, of course you don't "need" any of it, I have a Galaxy S3 which is dual core running the latest stock android and it's blazing fast. All the smart phone manufactures add custom features Apps etc which uses more and more ram and processing power. Stock android alone is more versatile and customizable then IOS and has low requirements. Having things sync in the background etc it's more efficient to have multiple takes finish simultaneously then go 1 at a time for overall performance but most importantly battery life, doesn't make a big difference with IOS because apple makes the software and hardware so it handles background task just fine and doesn't effect battery life with their operating system. What I mean by that is IOS is good at 'freezing' background tasks and prioritizes the current app that is running so really good single core performance is really all IOS needs, that does NOT mean multi-core is useless, for some reason you seem to think you can only use one core at a time which is stupid you can use all cores at a time so the point of multi-core is to split tasks. Also when the tasks are less demanding the lower powered cores are used. It's not that complicated it's just different.

***** you don't know what you're talking about, tbh, on the s6 and note 5 the high power cores are clocked at 2.1ghz and the low power ones around 1.5 any individual app will run fine, and there are octacore processors that only ever use 4 cores at a time the processor in the Samsungs can seamlessly use all 8 with the phone I'm not saying one app will use all 8, no one app will ever need that much tbh. You're stuck on one app At a time mentality.

Before switching to the 5s and then the 6s I had an LG Optimus G and I really missed the screen size but not the android layout. I'll be switching to the 6s plus soon, hopefully it will be more enjoyable for me.

Motorola was forced to make that change because its then Droid line was not competing with...well, anybody. Apple is not even close to that desperate point where it either make drastic changes or face elimination. Watching this review on my 13 pro. I like watching reviews from years ago.

So, "only" Full HD... This is hilarious when you consider the people who, ten years ago, said that 1080p wasn't worth it unless you had a larger-sized HDTV. My "rule of thumb" is that you never need more than 1920x1080 on a device that you can hold with one hand (a phone), and no more than 3820x2160 on a device that requires two hands (a tablet). This is coming from someone who is super picky about resolution and has razor-sharp 20/20 vision.

Just order my 6s plus 64gb in gold today and I'm actually quite excited about going back to apple. the last iPhone I had was the 3gs! so this is a big step up for me from that. It was tough choosing between this and s6 edge plus in gold as I've currently got a note 4 and before that and s3 so this is a whole eco system change for me which I know will take sometime getting used to again. I am gonna miss the flexibility custom mobility of the Android environment though. did I make the right choice?

+Alan Wang Well, Apple is smart is that regard. It's a phone. Does one really need a 2k display? No, they don't... The reality is, people will never truly be satisfied. They always want more and more... I don't see anything wrong with a 1080p display... Especially the Retina display. It's beautiful and color accuracy is great. When I had my 5s. I came from the HTC One S. And the 5s had a better display even at lower resolution... I'm rocking a 2k display right now with my G3 and with heavy use. I get about 8-10 hours out of the 3000mAh battery. Now, according to this review, he's saying you'll get about 12-13 hours with heavy use on the 6s Plus with a smaller battery. That works for me!

Neuro Exorcist Point is, features that have already been done will be regurgitated in the near future and people will be wow'ed by it.

Maybe for a quick launch of the camera, since the touch ID is too fast and we can't get to the camera to the lock screen because of the touch ID being fast. That they could add something like HTC has where you can double tap the screen when it's asleep and you can launch into the camera without having to turn on your phone.

Not often I see an objective reviews of a phone. Think this is one of the closest one yet. Often the reviewers like either Android or iOS, and their conclusions ... well follow what OS they like. Good review, with comparison with competitors and features.

Is the iphone 6s plus still perfect in September 2018 ?!?

if they do there will be people complaining they copied apple which if they do make something like this then yes, it is copying. But honestly who cares? Apple and Android OEMS copy each other all the time, if it's a good feature then why not copy it. They are businesses, all they care about is money

DOGE™ i dont think its poorly implemented has some neat tricks (compared to huawei's force touch which is quite useless) pretty sure apple will come up with good ideas in some time which android oems as always will implement better

If you want to get a new phone that has top of the line spec go for the samsung galaxy s6 plus or note 5 those phones have specs that the iphone 7s won't even have.

+Game Freak Upgrade now, if you can. The 'S' variants of the iPhone, usually fix the bigger problems that the new design always seem to bring. The jump in everything from the iPhone 5 to the 6S would feel huge. In theory, you could wait forever.

well, you would expect it to be the best iphone yet. Because its the newest right?

I just picked up an standard size 6s. I started on webOS, then went to Android, then iOS in the iPhone 4S days, then back to Android for several years. Now Im back to iOS. And Im really enjoying it. I like to mix it up once and a while. Its fun. I don't get bored of Operating Systems then! =3

Repositioning the cursor is actually a very helpful basic feature.

IOS is much better than Android

Lol so my almost two year old lumia 1520 is still better than any iphone. My battery also last two days, I have a 128 gb micro SD card in it and have wireless charging and a 20 mp camera. The lumia 950 XL which will be announced in two days will completely destroy the iphone 6plus

Windows phones are just a joke. So many apps are not supported, even while in Line, McDonalds in my country has a event, if you get the prize by sending message, you will get ice-cream or whatever, but windows phone can't even open the coupon. That doesn't seem viable at all. And at the same time we have iOS and android, why would we chose windows over the others, we also have microsoft office on iOS and android

Windows is utter shite! I've been testing the Windows 10 for phone for 5 months. It's total garbage. Just sold my 950 XL as the software is worse. Totally gutted but seriously it's bad. If your running 8.1 keep it.
