iPhone 5 - uses the 1608A1 Tristar iPhone 5S/5C - 1610A1 iPhone 6 - 16101A2 iPhone 6S - 16101A3 iPhone 7 - 610A3B Tristar IC's are backwards compatible, but not forwards compatible. So you can use the iPhone 7 tristar on every iPhone before it (except the ip5). For this reason, most micro solderers will only stock the 610A3B tristar now. As the iPhone 5 tristar is painful to do and not really feasible to repair unless its for data recovery.
