Totally letting the price tag beside you're right. I never would take a >1400€ device into the sea or jumping with it from 15 meters or mounting it on a bike or helmet

Sure if you ignore the action parts of the two cameras (that ride footage was so soft on the iphone from its "VR" system struggling to handle it). Also the gopro is like $400 vs the $1400 iphone....I would rather risk the gopro getting destroyed from water or being dropped or whatever over the overpriced phone.

This isn't just about testing. It's about pure dedication! And high class comedy as well. Well done!🙌🌟

It seems you spent a lot of time and effort to produce this great content, thank you so much 🙏 I have noticed that GoPro was more sharp with more details in almost every footage comparison except the one during night where in general I would not expect much if one does not have a camera with a low aperture lens

I'm actually really impressed with the GoPro Hero 12. The video looks better to me in pretty much every shot.

@@jcody_parker yeah gopros are trash in low light but you aren't really doing a lot of actiony stuff at night anyway due to limited visibility.

It didn't make the cut, but it actually plunged down into that canal, due to an errant wind guest,t rose like the phoenix out of it, insanely, just inches above the water. Didn't come out well in the footage though, which is too bad.

this is a great review testing the camera on almost all types of scenario that you will use action mode,

My iPhones 8, 11, 12 Pro & Mini have also been in sea water hundreds of times, and I’m basically use them instead of GoPro in the sea, still all of them perfectly fine! Cheers, great video, you went through everything!

Thanks! I'd say it's close in some cases, but others is more challenging (like the fuzziness seen in a few iPhone scenarios, or the much darker image on the GoPro at night).

I was on the fence with the GoPro, but your video convinced me to pull the trigger

First, outstanding presentation. You're my first "Subscribe" hit while laughing (felt like an AGT judge smashing the glitter button). Second, I wish I'd googled "compare iPhone 15 to GoPro" three hours ago, it would have saved me way too many rabbit holes because... Third, this video and the iPhone 15 I just bought saved me $500+ since not only does the 15 compare surprisingly well against the GoPro, it beats it hands down in several instances (both audio and video). Now all I have to do is find the accessories for handle mount and underwater diving before I leave in five days.
