It looks like a very nice phone. I do not know why it is underrated. If I needed iPhone, then I buy exactly the same.BTW update 16.3 is available now.

What is the difference between 14 and 14 plus, which one should I buy?

The difference is that the 14 does not have the dynamic island and it is a 6.1 inch. The 14 plus has the dynamic island and has a 6.7 inch screen. There is also more little differences between cameras too but not to much

@@Devinbooklover No, 14 plus doesn't have dynamic island - only the pro models have that, I literally saw them in the shop today. The only differences between the 14 and 14 plus is the plus is larger and has bigger battery but they are identical internally.

It’s not really a upgrade if you come from a iPhone 12 Pro Max because that phone has 3 cameras pro raw almost the same speed as the 14 plus and they both have the exact same ram and the screen gets brighter on the 12 pro max and you lose the pro design overall it’s a downgrade you should of got the 14 pro max or you should of just keep the 12 pro max it’s a perfect phone

For me, it’s neither an upgrade nor downgrade but technically I think it’s an upgrade because I get slightly newer technologies on the 2 cameras & A15 chip. It might seem like a downgrade if you only think about coming from 3 cameras to 2 cameras but in reality the telephoto from 12 Pro Max is pretty much useless because it’s so blurry, I didn’t really use it- so 3 cameras don’t benefit me, I’m an actual-camera person more than a phone-camera person if I wanted to get my serious job done, I’d grab my camera- not my phone. I also don’t care much about the Pro design because it’s heavy, I’d prefer the aluminum frame with cute color choices on the base model. And to be honest, I didn’t even plan to get the 14 series bc it’s not much different from my 12 Pro Max but I got a good deal & paid nearly nothing for this phone, so why not… lol plus I still have my 12 Pro Max that I could switch back anytime if I wanted but it’s unlikely to happen…

The 14 pro max is too heavy and annoying in the hand with the huge camera thing. I'm downgrading to this phone because I want a bigger screen that's not super heavy.
