It's more new display efficiency than processor IMHO. There is not to much content going 120Hz (mostly scrolling only), but lot of content going down to 30 or less Hz.

Not just animation, it is also the optimization of phone that provides smoothness, if for instance your app is made by apple you are going to get a much smoother experience than an android running a third party which they often need to do, vice versa for google, google always runs better on android same with youtube because Google makes them all, and it just so happens apple has more contact with devs meaning better applications, smoother animations like you said, and most important proper optimization for the graphics. This year apples graphics, processor, and optimization happen tk be the best thus longest battery life and smallest battery. You can also bet an iphones battery will last 2x as long as say a Huawei because it doesnt overcharge using harmful charge speeds, it uses less battery less often, and it isn’t in a constant state of burn with iOS, no matter what these battery tests say, real users often find their Samsungs and Huawei phones burning through their massive batteries quickly

The reason why I am getting 13 pro max, after 10 years android life. Samsung battery is terrible.

@@SadeeIsha93, I had note8 and currently using note9, after 1 year its battery is a garbage. And it has 4200 mah. It gets crazy hot while even texting, lags a lot, software update stopped after 1 year (I am stuck with Android 10), etc. I could close my eyes to all negative sides, cause at the end of the day every phone has its problematic sides. But if I charge 4 - 5 times in a day 4200 mah battery capacity phone, it means there is something wrong about it. And after 1 year, s21 ultra will be the same, trust me.

Now you know why apple wants to keep the battery small So that the competetors don't feel ashamed

All I'm saying is I get great battery life with my S21 Ultra and when I switch it down to 60 hz I can't kill it in a day . @@badshahomer6719 I mean I would take 3-5 more hours of use with a smaller battery and faster processor any day over a negligible difference in resolution on a phone. The longevity of the phone increases 4 to 5 times too because it needs less charging, less often, and puts less strain on the battery with adaptive refresh. It really boils down to what computer you have, if you use any Mac computer the iphone is the easy choice, if you use windows you don't need the iphone.

@@dd3222 I'm not doing a lot. If I'm running a game and switch to my bank app and then youtube, 99% chance the game has to restart from scratch. This is on s20fe with 6gb ram. I think mrwhostheboss was comparing ip13pm 6gb ram with s21u 12gb and the Samsung was reloading apps more than the iPhone so it seems Apple/ios does a better job with RAM management

To everyone there is roughly 1:30 hour more battery backup in ip13promax(ios)vs sasmungS21ultra( android flagship) ......so we will say that ios is better in battery than android.....but ios still takes 1:30 hours to charge sue to 25-30W charging speed as compared to android devices which have gone to 120W charging speed and gets completely charged in 15-20 min......so when considering android vs iphone plzz do consider this point....as in charging u almost save 1 hour in android whereas iphone gives u 1hour extra battery backup...

@@ankitchahar6681 Apple doesn’t include 120W chargers to conserve battery health, using 120W on phones degrade the battery fast. Apple phones are meant to last at least 4-5+ years.

To be honest no one records for 1.5 hours on a daily basis, so they'll run for couple of hours more

Did he record the same resolution for all phone. I just notice on samsung s21 Ultra it record UHD 60FPS. To be fair.. it must be recorded with same resolution because higher resolution consumed more baterry.

The 120hz refresh rate can go as low as 1hz so it's actually saving more battery than others which will be running everything at 120hz all time Nice work apple

My previous phone (iPhone 6) has had some battery draining issues lately, I once went to school when the battery was 80% and by the time it was lunch break which is 2 1/2 hours later, it was already at 25%. I recently just got the iPhone 13 as my new phone and got to school with also an 80% battery, and returned home 6 1/2 hours later with 65% battery, well done Apple. (But that’s because my brightness was low and I had power saving mode on.

s21 ultra also did a great job but the problem is that s21 ultra does not have a strong gpu. but the s22 will definitely change the game at battery optimiztion and performance.

@@cyrusxover766 fast charging degrades battery life faster than usual and they have 7hrs.....just because of the bigger battery capacity.....but 4300mah device defeating 5000mah tells how bad Xiaomi's software is and how good apple's optimisation is. So yes they really need to take it seriously and start working on software more than just increasing the capacity

In iphone watching youtube, insta video it is like 30hz while reading text and no touching screen 10hz and while gaming 60hz,so if u touch and scroll 120 otherwise refresh rate goes down,so hence it is promotion since changes hz while others stay at constant 120hz in most app hence less battery backup.But I think others too should implement these promotion for increased battery life.

So now that you've asked, let me tell you. I paid $200 Extra for iPhone 13 Pro Max, I got it at 10PM Night, Did all Setup till 1AM, Started Shooting Timelapse 1AM - 11AM Continous, have to monitor everything, one mistake and all hard work gone. Did Audio Recording (I was all feeling sleepy), did editing, got motivation, that i've to recover the amount i paid anyhow. And here it is.

I own the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the GS21 Ultra as my business phone. When people ask me the difference between phones...the answer is simple. Apple focuses on user experience and core features. Samsung focuses on specs on paper and gimmicks. The 100 times zoom pics look like trash, 8K videos can only been seen on a 8K TV, and the 100MP camera takes pics that look the same as the 12MP camera. I can confirm as someone unbiased that your comment is accurate

@@baranicer loser is not the resolution of video i talk about resolution in built on screen Android have more bright colors and better detail in image and with a smaller notch design the screen have better ratio too all that combine make Android screens use more energy and drain battery slightly faster...if iPhone have exactly same screen with same res.built in and PPI the difference in battery was less than now but all the big difference by 9 hour if Apple use exactly same screen the difference was a lot less than now.My point is some people believe iPhone is better than Samsung but skip all this facts.But keep celebrate until S22 comming out.
