Thanks Introvert! At the moment you can select either the entire or a certain part of the audio to adjust the db volume. With the future update coming LF will add advanced feature amongst other things audio channel to fine tune the audio to have a better audio quality. I will keep you posted on that one 😁

Well as you know, I’m a rookie and still learning, but hope I can share with you my first video.... someday 😅 By the way... I have seen a video here from RobHK talking about an upcoming update for LumaFusion. As far as I have understood, it will then have among other features Scopes, Waves and Histogram.

Hi Paco! Thanks buddy 🙏🏻. Thats true, LumaFusion will be adding a lot of new features that will improve the editing experience that hasn’t beens seen on other mobile editing apps. I think once the update has been made, it will become one of the best mobile editing softwares out there. Quite excited to test it out and give you guys my thoughts too it :).

Please, if we connect to a monitor, how is the interface of Lumafusion? Is the version the same as iPad version on full screen?

For the project setting you can work with it on a 24fps timeline and depending on how you shot it in a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Thanks for your comment! The M1 iPad Pro will do as good if not better the the iPhone 12 Pro Max since it has the same processor. Unfortunately, I don’t have an iPad but i will keep you up to date and bring out more editing tutorials ;)

The M1 iPad has the same processor that’s in the MacBook Pro and iMac. According to Macworld “The iPad Pro has the much-more-powerful M1, which is basically like the A14 with double the high-performance CPU cores, double the graphics cores, and double the memory bandwidth.” 😮

Wow thank you so much for subscribing! I use a shotgun mic which is the NP10 by a company named Mirfak. I connected it to the Zoom H5 since it requires power. Thats true the audio is really rich 👍🏻

I use Final Cut Pro. In LumaFusion you can enable touch im the help & settings section.

I use premier rush and it works fine most times other than when I export the video there is always studders and glitches that aren’t in the original clip. Do you know how to fix this? And do you think I should try to switch to luma fusion? Keep up the good content

Hi Pete! Thanks for asking! Unfortunately, I can’t really help you with that issue other then to recommend you a different mobile editing software. To be honest if you are using an iPhone, iPad, Mac’s with M1 chip, LumaFusion is the better choice since the application is made for it. LumaFusion will also come with some major upgrades were you are able to create speed ramps, use waveforms, audio channels for better audio and more which makes it one of the most powerful mobile editing softwares out there. To answer your question, I would say yes. If you are looking for the best mobile editing app i can confidentially say LF is the right choice.

I wanna try that editing app as well coz i watched it from one youtuber she really recommended it. I didn’t find a clear tutorial about it so I just bought inshot instead coz it is way easier.. kinemaster is not good on iphone pro max 12, i love imovie but the downside is it has limited option. I wanted a mobile editing app where I can find everything I need in one place.. I uses capcut, imovie and inshot in one video, by doing that I have to export one video 3x.. am still learning how to edit my vlogs and how to film it with my iphone 12 pro max. Thanks for this tutorial keep us posted..

Thank Lis for the comment! When I got started into mobile editing, the first editing app I used was InShot which I think is still great for quick edits and posts on Social Media. Later on I discovered LumaFusion and learned how to use the app by watching tutorials on YT. If you are familiar with editing, it should not take too long to learn LF as the interface is very intuitive. Anyway, from experience with LF, I believe that LumaFusion will become the most affordable and powerful mobile editing app in the future as the upcoming update will have a lot of great features to help make your videos look better such as waveforms, speed ramps, stabilisation and more. I will definitely keep you posted on that!

you can use royalty free music you've purchased in LF you will have to save it either internally in a folder on your iPhone when directly downloading it from the site or transferring it from an ext. hard drive. At the moment the file management system isn't great on the iPhone. Hopefully they will come up with a solution. The Gearbox 2.0 would be the ideal solution but it is quite pricy.

I’m also using iPhone to edit my videos (I Don’t have iPad or the macs yet), including shooting the videos. I got to remind people, doing so has degraded my battery so bad. From April to December, my battery capacity is now 90%. Try to avoid using iPhone for everything. I’m still saving up to get an iPad. I will be using iPad for editing.
