Iowa town recovering after catastrophic tornado, death toll up to 5

At least five people were killed in Tuesday's tornado outbreak that obliterated the western Iowa town of Greenfield, authorities said. At least 35 others are hurt. CBS News correspondent Tom Hanson has more from Greenfield.

    A Doppler on Wheels measured winds up at least >250 miles per hour (400 km/h), "possibly as high as 290 miles per hour (470 km/h)" at 48 yards (44 m) above the surface near Greenfield. Well into F5 range on the 'old' scale.
