11 pro max still amazing, 3 years old with still a nice battery, better screen than 12pm (this was yellowish), nice brightness and sound and performing like a 13pm, with ultrawide, nightmode etc etc Gonna use it till iphone 15 or 16 lol

well telephoto lens quite important an iphone it isnt that much advance such as 13 pro and 14 pro but still will do the job in day light you would be able to take some good shots so i will prefer go for pro series 12 pro or 13 pro. but avoid 13 or 12 basic variants :)

You didn't get the point of the comment. Battery performance would greatly differ depending on the battery health. Are all the phones on 100% battery health when you did this? an iPhone 13 with 100% battery would also beat another iPhone 13 that has 81% battery health even though they're the same phone.

this test doesn't have sim in it and uses only wifi connection. cellular signal plus using data eat lots of battery. so you 5hr is just fine. and also the weather also affects as well.

I would recommend to go for 12 pro because 11 pro Max doesn't come with 5g. 5g has already started in big cities so after just few months you'll regret as your phone value will be none. If you remember few years ago, it was happened with 3g phones! So better to buy 12 pro or 12 pro Max.

between both phones there isnt huge difference but 85% bh on 12 pm in quite low and next year at will be around 75% because every year iphone drop 10% of its BH. while 11pm would stay last longer and this one can be used around 2 to 3 years . performance wise both are quite similer i mean you wont be able to feel the difference
