My first Grand River Transit video, also my first transit video outside the GTA!
509 is part of a 14 LRV (Light Rail Vehicle) order placed in 2013 by the Region of Waterloo to supplement the fleet for the first phase of ION light rail transit. Like many other units in its batch, 509 had to be sent back to Bombardier for rewelding due to welding defects found in its frames at some point in 2021.
This was recorded on February 8, 2024 on an iPhone 15 Pro.

That's pretty cool.
Uh oh You may have caught a dude who is trying to get on the train but he was way too late and he just missed it Every time I ride light rail, if I miss the train, my only solution is to wait for another one
