When is the performance related pay given in both companies. I have heard it is 40% of the annual basic pay i.e. 2.4 lakhs.

It depends on your interview how it goes , interview is not as easy as it seems so you have to be cautious for the interview...

Not 100% dear, it depends on his interview , i have seen many rankers who have not been selected in IOCL after securing double digit ranks
