Oh Yes!! Good ole 80’s music. Love INXS and love this song!
The lead singer, Michael Hutchence was hot 🔥 He was literally the sexiest man alive. Very charasmatic and full of sex appeal.
So glad you like it! 😊One of my favorites 😊
i recommend you +🔥 ★ *INXS - New Sensation (Official Music Video)* ★ *INXS - Mystify (Official Music Video)* BONUS TRACK 🔥 *Robert Palmer - Simply Irresistible (Official Video)*
唯一無二の曲… 素晴らしいです!複雑な構造の中にシンプルで美しいメロディが存在してますよね。
INXS were exceptional live as well. Their concert in 1991 at Wembley Stadium was filmed for a full length DVD called 'Live Baby Live'. Check out their performance of 'New Sensation' from that concert, you'll see just how popular & incredibly talented they were, rocking out 70k people. Great reaction!
Loved your reaction to this!
Listen to their Wembley concert. Amazing. Every song is a banger.
Yes, Dua Lipa used their riff, and to ward off a copyright suit, she said that after they wrote it they realized it sounded like Need You Tonight, lol. Like sure, it's a huge, huge song, INXS were in the top 3 bands worldwide in the late 80s into the 90s, but they just accidentally used this riff, lol. Anyway, Micheal Hutchence & Andrew Farriss (the singer & keyboardist/pianist) who wrote all the INXS songs were added on as writers to her song & will get $. Good!

Great appreciation and reaction bud
Keep up the moving and grooving Ace😃😃😃
Mystify and Never Tear Us Apart the official videos. They are more mysterious and Jazzy. ❤🎉
Good dance song 👏😎👌
I would recommend either "What You Need" (earlier song and upbeat) or "Never Tear Us Apart " (ballad from the same album) next. Also, if you do "Mystify" (great song) , I recommend the album version over the video.
Suicide Blonde! 👍✌️🎵
I think their biggest hit was "Never Tear Us Apart"!!!🎵🎼🎶🎙🎧🎹🎤🎸🥁🔥🔥🔥
NO. It's In Excess. Yes, this megahit has been sampled!!!! Lead singer Michael Hutchence was the essence of cool. They were as big as U2 in the 80s, the buggest band to ever come from Oz. Love your reaction. Gary Garry Beers is the bass player.
INXS pronounced in excess. Great band
"Flickin tha bass"!!😂
My fave INXS song! Michael was so sexy.
Another example that the Eighties are the best ❤❤❤❤😊😊
What you need ..... live from Wembley Stadium 1991 INXS ( in excess ) please n ty
There are very few bands who can stake a legitimate claim to being the biggest act in the world. On September 7, 1988, there was no argument. INXS was that band. They were the biggest winners at the MTV Music Video Awards, back when that was actually something prestigious, taking home both the Viewer’s Choice award and the trophy for Video of the Year (for this video, actually). It was the first time in the history of the awards that an artist had won both. To top it off, their performance of New Sensation closed the show (unfortunately, they mimed to a backing track, which was unusual as they were more than capable as musicians, but Michael Hutchence did sing live). For that day, and the few months surrounding it, they were the biggest thing going. It’s weird (and actually, pretty tragic) that they don’t have the same lasting legacy as the other huge bands of that era (U2, Guns N’ Roses, R. E. M.), but they really do deserve equal recognition, in my opinion. As noted, Never Tear Us Apart and Need You Tonight are two very different sounding songs, and they have a very deep catalog of equally great and diverse material. I’m always hopeful that reactions like this will increase modern awareness of the band, because I really do think they deserve to be remembered as one of the greats.

Absolutely they deserve to be recognised more. Awesome live, influential and longevity. Even Michael Stipe admits Strange Currencies was influenced by INXS, 'The middle eight of that is completely taken from INXS and from Michael.'
Never apologize for grooving with the music, we want your reaction and if it makes you move, then hell yeah! INXS are such a great band! Their lead singer and front man, Michael Hutchence (RIP), has one of the best voices ever they are an Australian band who managed to mix new wave, rock, and funk into an incredible and successful sound. Other songs to check out: Elegantly Wasted (their funkiest song!!!), What You Need, New Sensation, The One Thing, Original Sin, Suicide Blonde, Devil Inside, Listen Like Thieves and Don't Change are all incredible. They are a must to explore!
I thought Queen used this riff first
Can you please react to Elegantly wasted by INXS , music video version please 😊
🖤LOVE INXS!!!! Please react to -Never Tear Us Apart (react again) -What You Need -Don't Change -The One Thing -Devil Inside -New Sensation 🖤RIP Michael Hutchence

Exciting band
Wow I love this song 😍😍😍😍 thank you so much❤❤❤❤
You can’t go wrong with INXS, pronounced “in excess”.
INXS indeed. Nice pik Ace ! ☘️
you'd be surprised if we heard it? Inxs was huge, just freaking huge. this was a number one song. michael hutchence is a freaking legend, a legend, god how I miss him, god how I love him.
Never apologize for moving. That's just your whole body listening. "In excess." Check them out live at Wembly in 91. One of the best live bands in the world. You have to experience them live.
No one mentions the bass!! It is brilliant, carries the groove all the way through. This was Billboard #1 in 1988!! INXS have so many sounds, all brilliant and all sound like INXS! Loved your reaction, was fun! Oh its said as In Excess! See easy😂 Oh INXS is always better LIVE!
I mean, I’m not gay, but Michael Hutchins just looks like a good smelling cologne. If it was visual if you could see, cologne is him.
INXS from Sydney (Originally Perth). They were massive. They used a different producer for every album so their sound is really varied. This album was Kick (1987/8) - 4 US top ten singles.
🔥
I heard Dua Lipa copied the beginning of this song as part of a "nostalgic" album of hers.
Haha yes she gives them credit..and royalties! Though she says it was an accident that it sounds so similar 😂
Try "the one thing". Its got a fun, hectic beat.
Great dance song! Pronounced " in excess". 😘
INXS = "in excess." For me, a fun but not essential band. Other hits: "Original Sin," "Devil Inside," "New Sensation," and maybe a couple more, but those are what I'd consider tops, after what you've already done.

I still love him as much as I did then. always will. He's a rock god in my eyes/ears. I just adore him. I miss him.
Never Tear Us Apart
pronounced "in excess" & great band, song & reaction
Sometimes the beat of the music takes you away. It happens dude! No biggy. Just listen to it again sometime. Peace out ✌🏼
And....that's why I hate sampling.

I mean, I get what you're saying, but it can also serve to keep great, older music alive. For this one, Dua Lipa & her team said that after they wrote it they realized they'd used the INXS riff, so they put Michael Hutchence & Andrew Farriss (INXS members/writers) on as co-writers. It got a fair amount of press, so people know. I have my doubts that they could go through making the whole song & be oblivious that it's the Need You Tonight riff, seeing as this song & INXS in general were legit one of the biggest bands in the world for a good amt of time.

@@bf3and4highlights83 I was born in the 60s, so semi-dinosaur, lol. I get it, sampling removes a lot of the creativity, using other people's incredible work & having way less to do themselves. Sometimes it ends up contributing to something good but I'm not much into music of the last 20 yrs, so I don't pay much attention. One thing for sure, the original artists have to be paid for the sampling, so at least that's ironclad these days.

I must disagree. If someone is blessed with talent they should create their own tunes instead of relying on older original works. Younger listeners have no reason to research something that they believe to be original. @@jenniferfoster1692
The name is pronounced In excess. One of my fav's
Like your dancing. It's pronounced In-Exes
It's a pity that you did this song and didn't do Mediate. They have to be played together.
Pronounced In Excess
😂....You so damned STUPID!! I love your reactions. 😊 This is still 1 of my favorite songs. Stop apologizing Ace. It's YOUR channel. I love it.
