I think Kent is the best pop rock arranger and guitar player of all times. His transcriptions are fantastic and you can almost hear the singers singing it!😮

Kent sings better with his guitar vocals than a lot of other singers do with their voice. l can definitely hear Phil Collins singing. I swear I can.

best guitarist so far in my lifetime.... no one catches the charakter of a song with so many layers at the same time simultanously, perfectly corresponding to each other, without sounding stressed, overdriven or unclean... he seems so relaxed while using six braines same time👍👍👍 cant imagine how he will perform in twenty or so years... thanks kent

Plus besides being perfect and/or difficult, it's music. It's nice to listen to. Sometimes that doesn't happen when somebody is just trying to be impressive.

His arrangements are so subtle and brilliant, it is hard to believe that they aren’t the originals.

One more time. The Grandmaster of arrangement. Kent on guitar is like a Witcher in fights against the monsters. Absolute genius.

Kent's precision is truly remarkable.

Running bass, chord inversions and melody…. Brilliantly arranged and not overdone so as to keep the melody constantly coming through, very impressive Kent… you are an inspirational player and more importantly a joy to listen to and watch perform.

Another banger and near-impossible arrangement from the legendary Kent Nishimura! That capo slide during the key change was insane!

It's crazy how excited I get whenever I see that Kent has posted a new video. You just never know what great song he's going to knock out of the park next! Fabulous as always.

This is the only guitar channel that exists that only plays guitar… But has me singing along with it the entire time. 10\10 Achievement Unlocked.

Love how you capture that bass riff in between the vocal phrases in the chorus.

A year or so ago I twisted the middle finger on my left hand and tore the ligament (power drill). I have not been able to hold a D chord (using my middle finger, which allows for the pinky to hold and hammer the E string) for over 9 months, and I really thought that was it for my amateur guitaring as the D chord is paramount. The good news is, after a lot of physio and stretching, I am finally able to hold a D chord (Fore, middle, ring) without too much pain 😁😁 Love the work, keep it coming

i had a friend, he studied guitar... he ripped his pinky nearly completely apart of his left hand, he flew a ticket inpector and got hooked with his pinky to the handrailconnector at the wall whilst running downstairs... he thought thats it, he quitted studying... five years later or so, after his hand was healed but never restored mechanically, and after he had beaten his depressions, he discovered that his already longfingered lefthand was able now to cover the entire fretboard up even beyond the 12th fret... he will never have the ability again to play like before his accident regarding speed and movement, but he is able now to play chords that are impossible to play for everyone else...

As impossible as 'man in the mirror'. Keep up the great work. A pleasure to listen to. And the signature capo-move!
