I just found ur channel I just recently also got my Invisalign I’m 2 months in already the doctor told me I needed them max a year but if I use them the amount of time he says I can get them off before !! 😊 ur teeth looking amazing

I just bought a water pic for flossing. It even keeps the gum line from staining, and makes flossing that wire for the braces super easy

I had one for a bit as my office highly recommends them but it just wasn't for me. Glad it works for you.

I watched all videos. Ty so much for all information. I start in two weeks. I am a nervous wreck that I am going to screw thus up. Unfortunately I am a truck driver out 5 days a week. It is already hard to take care of my teeth. Going into truck stop rest rooms etc. I do brush my teeth in the truck, I use water bottles, rinse my tooth brush out the window. With covid I try to avoid going into rest areas etc. Luckily I live 5 min from my terminal, so everynight I can go home and shower etc. I don't go home everynight, but 2 nights a week we do. I team with hubby. Ok well hopefully I can do this. My appts will be every 2 weeks. On a positive note I don't snack, and I usually fast 16 hours. I only eat 2 times a day. I refuse t I be a fat truck driver. Lol I have a new fb page for my trucking life, makeup, face care in truck. So I quest I will add this too.

Hello, your smile look beautiful.. I have three month with mine. My case looks a little bit longer but still my dentist says can take less than 1 year and a half. Cant wait to be done. :)

I've always thankfully had pretty white teeth but after having the trays in they stained so bad! I haven't done any type of whitening at all but slowly they have gone back a little whiter.

Mine were fine to, just needed a little tweaking and now I love them. Ask your dentist for a referral and schedule a consultation.

I work at the dental office so I got a discount but yes, you would have to pay more. All the best and be as consistent with it as you can!

When you finished and you received retainers, were they precision cut like the others or a little bigger going into him area?

I got a retainer for the upper teeth and it's pretty much like a night guard. On the lower teeth, I went with a lingual wire because that same tooth I was fixing was being stubborn.

Thanks so much for your feedback, helps out a ton! When I find something for my hygiene (vegan floss, eco toothbrush etc..) I will try and get up close as much as possible. I do also post a lot on my Instagram and can definitely do a highlight with photos of how my journey was if that's something you'd like to see for the meantime as I start to create the video.

I'm on day 2 ..how do people do it brushing after eating?? I'm always having snacks.

Water is your best friend during invisalign treatment. If you don't have time to brush, always drink water.

I actually stopped snacking because I didn't want to have to keep taking them out then flossing and brushing again. I've lost quite a bit of weight since I've started Invisalign.

Alicia Cabrera thank you, I’m so happy with the results! I didn’t even think the tooth was that bad to begin with but when you look at before and after, there is quite the difference. It took some time but I’m glad I went through with it!

Do you recommend Invisalign for someone who really doesn’t want to get braces and doesn’t have a severe case bite fine just crowding in the front 4 teeth like yours used to look that’s how they look like cause I really feel insecure and having metal in my mouth like no thank you also how long did you have Invisalign for and hiw ma t days or weeks did you stitch out your trays cause some people switch them out for 1-2 weeks

If it's minor details then yes, definitely invisalign. Schedule a consultation with an orthodontist to see if your eligible. They will tell you how often and how long it will be as every case is different. I think I went up to a total of 19 trays (only because I was slacking on keeping them on) that I switched out weekly. I have a whole series on my treatment if you have concerns/questions.

That's great news! Braces aren't so bad, it's more painful from what I hear and it's to help something you want to fix. What other's think of you has nothing to do with you either, please keep that in mind 😊

I slacked off at 26 out of 52 trays. I’m on my second set at 8-41 my teeth aren’t like crooked. I just have gaps to fill

It must be so easy for you to floss! I'm so jealous.

I used invisalign to straighten my teeth but after mt treatment was complete I noticed my cheeks and jawline looked chubbier even though I'd lost weight. Has anyone else had the same issue with getting their teeth straightened. From what I read online its pretty common.

Oh, that's interesting. I actually haven't heard that. A fuller face is always nice though, keeps you looking younger.

I have a question! I just had mine off. I had the a similar situation with the one tooth that shifted forward a tiny bit..about a week after.... did urs ever move again or has it stayed in place?

maremacd water picks are great but you should still floss. I also have a very tight contact and unfortunately it doesn’t work on me.

omg i think the fine lines around your mouth disappeared as well cuz they pushed all your teeth in a bit? You look younger, that's crazy

Pushing my teeth in will only make them appear more. My laugh lines are still there lol but I'm cool with it. Means I have a great time in everything I do.

No. Most are coated with beeswax.
