Mayra Gianira

Mayra Gianira

Hi,

I started this channel to share my journey through my new dairy free lifestyle. I developed a dairy allergy beginning of 2014 and then shortly an egg allergy. I shortly after became vegan and it has trickled down to all aspects in my life.

On this channel I share vegan food hauls, cruelty free makeup, clothes and everything else I keep learning along the way. We keep it light, fun, educational and don't take ourselves very seriously. I say we because you'll be seeing a lot of my hubby Gabriel and fur baby Charlie on here.

Feel free to reach out to me and/or comment on my videos. I want this channel to be a forum for open and positive conversations. We all start somewhere, and we all have questions :)

Thank you for subscribing.

I've been using the reactivaate serum from liiitlextra for the past month and completely switched from my previous serum for the last two months. It's been great. I just apply it once daily with the spray pump included with the serum. It's very easy to apply, non greasy, and no fragrance. The hair growth results are up to now so good, and it's only one month just and I plan to keep to apply it.

Juicing lots of vegetables is a great way to get a mention in a case report of a medical journal. Oxalate is a common issue especially for spinach, but carrots are no slouch.

I would suggest using their hydration lotion to the dark spots before applying the tanning water. This was the one thing she didn’t like. The video time was 7:58. 10:59

I am doing carrot and pomegranade combo every day, day 3 now and omg it's soo tasty! The pomegranade juice is acidy and a bit bitter, balances the carrot's sweetness well!

When I was 16yrs old I fainted and I fell on my face and it left a small tiny scar on my eyebrow and after so many yrs, I decided to use castor oil and in just one week of using it on my eyebrows; it freaking grew out!! My scar isn’t even as noticeable as well! I use it 3 times a day all week! Some days I also use sesame oil and mix it with castor oil. It really does work!

I have no idea why this channel was in my feed but I watched it and while it is interesting, in order to grow thicker fuller eyebrows and lashes you need to eat a proper human diet. That means cutting out all the sugar, processed foods, and seed oils which is in almost everything.

I'm a guy in my 50s and I used to have good thick eyebrows and over the years the outer edges fell out. I didn't want to do anything drastic like tattoo or Bosley (they charge $5K!! for eyebrows! and it grows like normal hair, so you have to trim them for the rest of your life). A female friend said to try castor oil. I have been using it for less than 3 weeks and it is working. There is a lot of new growth of the areas that just fell out over time. I'm going to keep using it. I put it on with a Q tip after dinner and it is working for me.

Medical medium aside, cleanses just do not work. Especially for chronically ill people, such as people with cancer. Eating a proper well balanced diet is all you need. There is nothing wrong with celery juice, it is hydrating, only contains 5 grams of sugar per cup / 120 ml. It has plenty of nutrients. In fact, grabbing a cup of fresh celery juice is preferable to a soft drink, or alcohol. But do not look to it or any other juice, as a cleanse quick fix to anything. All cleanses on the market are scams. Eating a heathy well balanced diet with daily exercise is all you need. THERE IS NO DETOX PLAN No recipe, no magic juice. No matter what some guru claims in order to sell you a miracle cure book. Every second you are alive you are detoxing. Kidneys, Liver, Lungs, skin are constantly detoxing you, working non-stop every second or the day to keep you alive and healthy. Lungs on average detox 25 times a minute. The act of breathing is detoxing your body. Liver and Kidneys are filtering your blood and keeping toxins out of the system, your Lungs constantly filtering out carbon dioxide. Toxins are picked up by the bloodstream and moved upwards where they enter the alveolar sacs that make up the bottom of your Lungs, isolating the toxins coughing them out as phlegm. The skin expels toxins through sweat, while retaining the beneficial chemicals in. Your skin converts a variety toxins into a water-soluble form through the enzyme cytochrome P450. Converted chemicals exit through sebaceous glands, in the form of sweat, through skins pores. Exercise is engine that runs it all. Keep your liver from developing fatty liver disease is one key. And that means keeping your ideal body weight in check, through proper diet and exercise. Getting yourself at least slightly out of breath and sweaty. In some cases yes the body needs a boost, but no juice or detox garbage is the answer. A visit to the doctor to get a program to discover the cause, instead of guessing. A simple fast of three or four days with only water would produce the same results as a juice cleanse, because a cleanse or fast eliminates temporarily any foods you man be reacting to.
