I listen to this while working out and studying. Thanks again, you're really helping me more than you know right now. My Dad passed away last week, we've been estranged for the last 10 years. I'm so close to falling apart no matter how strong I try to be, but I will keep listening to come out on the other side of this as a warrior. I will always be so grateful for you.

Question why do you recommend not listening at night during sleep? Also I like to repeat the words both in my mind and out loud does that help or is it better to just listen or is that something that depends on the person or mood.

Listening through REM sleep can create weird interferences, and you'll eventually realize that you're not getting deep enough sleep. It's not necessary anyway because the most receptive time is while falling asleep. What I've found is that sheer volume of repetition and consistency over time are the most crucial elements; regardless of time of day. Yes, repeating them definitely helps to deepen the mental grooves.
