@@marietaylor5174 I think Jack had mentioned he had heart failure and had a number of "surgery." Not sure if "surgery" was referring to CABG procedure with ventricular assist device or heart replacement since he had severe heart failure and was beyond medical therapy. Well, I picked it up because I am a physician...joint deformity could be from RA or other non rheumatoid arthritis...
