you can ask the CDCSE form in your local bank but you must have an active account in the bank.

Yes they do. But infrastructure bonds are tax free.

If you already have a CDS account with CBK all you need to do is apply for Treasury Mobile Direct and you can use your mobile phone. Use this link for more information on how: www.centralbank.go.ke/tmd/

You can only buy government bonds through commercial banks ( your bank). This bank will open for you a CDS account in the central bank.
