Good video Steven! If you want I think you could also add a brief point on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to these talks. Maybe around the point where you talk about cooking at home & taking the bike to work. It seems like an underrated point for finances and lifestyle that avoiding excessive calorie intake, eating nutritious food, moderating things like drinking, doing some circuit training or high activity hobby, and doing some weight lifting (especially lower body) could increase your healthspan & lifespan by 5+ years. So 5+ years of more adventures, hobbies, lower medical expenses, & compounding investments.

I have been following you for a while and I gotta say that I love your content. Great Video! I just have a question, when do you sell your stocks? Because If you want to compound your investments that means that you are going to have to sell every time you have a 8% return and then reinvest. Maybe I am wrong, I am very new o this, but I would love to have an answer from you.

Thanks! We personally aren't selling anything, because we still have enough freelance income in retirement to cover our living expenses. But, the 4% rule says you can withdraw up to 4% of your starting retirement portfolio balance each year (plus inflation) with a low probability of ever running out of money.
