what is the IC part number bro, on which big heat sink is attached, I need to search for the reference designs because one small ceramic/ tantalum capacitor (near to the biggest capacitor on board )seems burst when I switched on our the slightly water penetrated (due to flood) bosch washing machine similar to this board. motor became noisy and it is not spinning at full speed. it is like it tries to spin at full speed but fails; again it tries; again it fails. any help is much appreciated.

changing the bearings of pmsm motor made it to work and also 0.1uF ceramic 1206 cap in PCB near to black big EPCOS capacitor
