I've used this. I didn't have a name for it. I've used it with people. I was in sales. I used it over the phone. Two different times I used it with Rottweilers that lived chained up and were supposedly unapproachable. One only got upset when I got up to leave. She tried you hold on to me. Broke my heart. Today is 3/16/2022 - John 3: 16 Day, which asks to make people aware of the need to be safe in the hands of our loving heavenly Father through Jesus Christ. Jesus says: Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy burdened, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). And John 3:16 says - God so loved the world (you and me) that He gave His only begotten (one of a kind) Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in Him (putting your trust in His finished work on the cross on our behalf ) shall not perish but have everlasting life. - Be very blessed and thank you for this amazing work, which was our job from the beginning before mankind turned from the love of God for all of His wonderful creation!!

first of all I am sooo blessed to stumble on you, I have learned this technique while I was learning to become a kindergarten teacher. This(as you say, all living (with a conscience)) also works for babies, toddlers etc. When I started a day by just being present IN that moment end not thinking of later or doing something, but watching and breathing and feeling each and every child, they became calmer with the minute. the hard part is when the most stressful kid walks up to you, cause he feels the difference of states between you and him or her and tries to get your attention, is to stay calm and stay focused on breathing while looking at that kid and not say anything back but just smile and make eye contact and say in your head its okay kid to become calm and connected to one another, I am here and I am not going anywhere, we love eachtoher and we are going Mohave a great day together :) From that experienced I have learned what is most important to me know. And since I have a cat I go to visit my cat one or two times a day for 10 to30 minutes just to be with him and listen to what he thinks and feels and I had the most beautiful moments like ; he was seeing and I went to sit with him just sitting and he looked up and looked into my eyes and he did not looked away for about 20 minutes and I felt some deep emotions, he told me so much and started to cry and than I started to cry, cause he had missed me so much and he went through something with another cat who, lets say, wasn't nice to him. After he let me feel what he was feeling he took a deep breath and stretched his body (like I hadn't seen him do in a long time) and fell asleep with sometimes him checking on me if I was still there hahaha cutie. Thank you so much, I hope this goes all over the world cause its the essence of life. xx

It's early but I've just read some notes I'd written to remind me to check on this '? technique/ ?way of using a conscious awareness of approach'. I found the video and wondered how I could have needed my reminder but so glad I'd written it esp as it brought me to your comment and it is sooo emotive, moving and beautiful. I know in my heart and soul that this awareness of being is the truth. To me your comment highlighted something I've sort of been searching to put into words. I think that is what I mean. Anyway, thank you, thank you for your comment and I will ensure to do the "essense' of it justice. I wish you well.

I too grew up in a crazy household full of abuse but we had 6 dogs and i would get into their kennel to sleep safely. I spent hours just sitting with them and sleeping with a dog brings them closer to you. I could walk all of them at once with no leads. So im six years old taking my toy pram for a walk with 6 German Sheppards. Those dogs kept me safe from everyone in my family. My brother wouldn't dare come in the kennel. The dogs only growled because they knew that he wanted to molest me. If he put a hand in the kennel, hed be an amputee today.

What remarkable work. So happy to see such patience, mindfulness and love in the world. We all need this in our lives!

I am thinking about taking the recorded course but what I would really like, when this pandemic is sorted, is to be in a room with you. I know that you enter a ‘zone’ and am getting a lot from the videos. I must say that this gentleman makes perfect sense, animals "feel" things, they KNOW. And if you, as a HUMAN BEING, can relate to ANIMALS, then it is most certainly a wonderful thing. But, we as humans, must always keep in our mind, that the animal "feels" things, the animal "understands trust", but at the same time, we as Humans, must try to understand the animal. We must not try to put our human thoughts onto them. The animals will show us the way. Listen to them.

@ Vee Friend I couldn't agree more with what you said. How we yearn for "trust" ourselves. Animals, at least for me, are pure God, pure innocence, and pure joy to watch. The sad part is "death", straight up. That's it in a nutshell for me. And I believe that Jesus understood the depth of "death", and that this "connection" that us humans have with animals, is quite magical. It is PURE, and I love it.

Thank you for your enquiry into our translation project. As our first product is the Introductory series the Message of Trust, the translators have started here, and this was completed end of July. The Messages of Trust do have completed subtitles in all five languages- English, Spanish, Italian, German and French. For the Foundation Video Course, the First Phase of the subtitles are completed and live on the website (Section 1- Section 5) Phase 2 has begun and is due for completion in Spring 2022 (A selection of animal tutorials across all categories) Phase 3 will be due by Autumn, and fingers crossed the whole 1/2 million-word project completed by the end of the year. It is a huge translation project which we have broken down into phases for the translation team.

If you could come to Australia's national parks and work with some of the brumbies rescued.. or 'trapped'.. by the parks and wildlife division... will save these horses from an aerial cull instead of saving them.

Would this work for your dog with other dogs? Not reactive but once approached in her space, she will attack. (But not with all dogs, so it’s unpredictable and as a result I end up having to be ‘over scared’ or ‘overcompensate’ bc people are NASTY and will dump entire blame on me. :(

No the Trust Technique reduces the thinking level of both the person and the animal using mindfulness. This creates a feeling of connection and trust. Which can then be worked with to reduce the time taken to teach animals as the reduced thinking creates a listening environment making cooperation so much easier. Be this for helping very fearful animal or to take your training to the next level.
