The Trust Technique is based on the theory that deepening the connection between humans and animals can transform the lives of both. It uses mindfulness and focused presence techniques as a basis for resolving problems for humans and pets or other animals.

Daily practice of the Trust Technique creates a shared peace of mind and reduces anxious over-thinking, one of the main causes for so-called “behavioural problems”. This dynamic approach does not objectify animals, but rather recognises all animals as sentient beings and transcends an unhealthy approach of dominance or control. It promotes trusted cooperation, which leads to healing and communication that manifests in shared well-being.

i tried to just sit with my horse today for about an hour. she always has tried to nip me though.. that’s one of the biggest reasons we’ve never really been able to bond i think. i can’t sit still long enough to get into a meditative state before she tries to nip or nudge me again. i can’t afford to take your course but i am in a personal place of self healing in the last few years and feel like im finally able to clear my mind and sit peacefully with my horse and connect. do you have any advice for a horse that keeps trying to bite?

Great observation the Present Moment can bring up a lot of unpeace - to help your horse let go of their anxiety or unpeace held and expressed as nibbling you would work with the Mindful regard, feel free to contact us about exclusive offers we can offer for the Trust Technique Video Course which will teach you :) at [email protected], Warm regards, The Trust Technique Team

Crying....the purity and beauty. the instinct .. of animals. I read somewhere... on the term livestock, it said, they are not livestock, they are lives.

Thanks for reminding me to just calm down and listen. sometimes even if we know this is the way our daily stressors can get in the way and cause us to choose the dominate path. I love animals more than humans and yes i know we are animals to but that's obviously not what I mean. Take time to listen to spend thoughts and feelings with them and you will be shown a level of gratitude most humans will never achieve.

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ This deeply connects with my inner being, and it provides the ultimate solution for achieving peace and harmony - allowing animals to act based on their own choices and desires, rather than forcing them to comply with our own! This method is a universal way to connect with all life on earth. It benefits us more than other beings because they are already connected to their soul, have telepathic and sensitive abilities. It is up to us to reconnect with ourselves in order to connect with any other soul on earth. It is undeniably beautiful Blessings,Love, Peace to all💜☮️🪬♾️

I have only got half way through the course and wow, it definitely works. My pet rabbit will literally melt into me now and fall into a deep sleep where he was frightened before. I really want to try it on horses now. You can’t have any fear whatsoever and I think you have to have a calm disposition to start with to be able to use this effectively. I could always do it to some extent but this course taught me how to fully focus it. Thank you!

Can you tell me if in motion; to help keep peace with the [dog] calm/peacful for heavy equipment vehicles. Like , this confuses me so much. I can see when sitting and staying still. But once walking, how to keep that calmness? Thanks.

First, you establish the process at home, and then you can take it out into any feared situation. Please learn about the essence and find your first two tutorials here in our free Introduction course trust-technique.com/product/messages-of-trust/, Warm Regards, The Trust Technique Team

Would this work for your dog with other dogs? Not reactive but once approached in her space, she will attack. (But not with all dogs, so it’s unpredictable and as a result I end up having to be ‘over scared’ or ‘overcompensate’ bc people are NASTY and will dump entire blame on me. :(

I have an almost 5 year old German Shepherd Dog (got him when he was 4+ months old) that I adopted, who was abused and/or neglected as a pup. So he already had “issues” that we’ve been working on… for years now. He is better now, but there’s definitely still room for improvement. I also have an almost 4 year old Java (aka Long-tailed) Macaque… an Old World monkey. Training him has been “interesting”… and although he’s a good li’l boy (for the most part), I have to remind myself that even though he’s a primate, he’s a non-human primate… and there are rules that I need to follow too. Have you worked with non-human primates? Old World, in particular?
