Introduction to the Probability of Continuous Variables (7.1)
Learn the difference between continuous variables and discrete variables. Although we have already discussed the contents of both of these topics in our previous videos, this video serves to put everything we learned in one concise manner as an introduction to continuous variables.
Previous videos that I recommend you watch, or are familiar with are:
- Introduction to Statistics (1.1)
- Bar Charts, Pie Charts, Histograms, Stemplots, Timeplots (1.2)
- Density Curves and their Properties (5.1)
- The Normal Distribution and the 68-95-99.7 Rule (5.2)
- Z-scores, Standardization, and the Standard Normal Distribution (5.3)
- Probability, Sample Spaces, and the Complement Rule (6.1)
- Probability of Independent and Dependent Events (6.2)
- The Probability of the Union of Events (6.3)
- Mutually Exclusive and Exhaustive Events (6.4)
- The Binomial Experiment and the Binomial Formula (6.5)
- Visualizing the Binomial Distribution (6.6)

PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR AMAZING VIDEOS, THEY'VE HELPED A TON!!!!
I hope you know by now how great your gift of teaching is. Just reading through the comments is proof that you are helping SO many. THANK YOU for the videos.
The greatest way to give instruction/teaching, knowledge of the subject, ability to mentally go back in your time line to when you are learning this for the first time, then you can use this to relate to those being taught. An incredible talent that the vast majority of educators, and youtube videos are lacking in. Your videos are great because you have mastered this talent. Thanks, you show a greater interest in transferring knowledge to others, than showing off your knowledge. GREEAATT job...

I am so glad to see you back ... You always come up with the best videos on Statistics ... thanks a ton!
I love these videos. The animation style is concise and clear yet entertining, the colours are beautiful and help with focus, your voice is relatable and soothing, and the jokes make my day. (420.69$ in the bank account) and also when you did binomial distribution with heads and tails "in this case, a successful outcome would be getting head" im dead man you saved me with this stats exam. Thank you!!!
Fantastic, as usual!

i am really impressed on how you present and explain the topic. Also the flawless power point presentation. Good job...
Amazing content, please continue making videos
PLEASE Continue posting as many videos as you can because I really admire the content of this channel. It helps me a lot. It really does. A good proposal is to post content with regard to DoE, SPC, Capability analysis, MSA, etc. which will help many people in Six Sigma Certification.
Gald to see u back .
Great video, good luck to you

@@Simplelearningpro I understand why your video take so long to create. The colors, animations, effects, phase, synchronization audio, your script, voice intonation, text appearance, split screen, etc. no statistics videos are even close to the quality of your videos. This is like a Pixar video made for statistics.

Thank you for your great explanation. May I know what kind of Video Editing Software that is used to cut & create this video?
Can you please explain the following: the Central Limit Theorem, degrees of freedom, Confidence Intervals, Student t-distribution, thick tails(?), Normal Probability Plot, Hypothesis testing, Matched Pairs Procedure, Two Independent samples, ANOVA, Non-Parametric Procedures. These are the topics we are currently being taught and almost everyone including myself are failing each practical due to the poor delivery of the lectures. I have asked assistance from friends and have been shocked at the sight of the material and cannot help me. I have given up on Statistics, so you are my only hope to get at least a Pass.
Fabulous as usual...thank you sir! What 4 years of engineering couldn't, you have taught that in 5 mins.
