    Because they don't like to show Mexico as a place full of history and traditions. They only like to show the same scene with sepia filter in a dirty desert with ugly houses.

    Mel Gibson tried it and did a great job with the scenery however he had his mesoamerican history incorrect and mixed Mayan and Mexica cultures that didn’t even exist in the same time line.

    @@cyrusjones4858 the mexica are NOT MAYANS Mayan are a different ethnic group the mexica wher Nahua both cultures are still well and alive in Mexico and both languages are still spoken in Mexico saying they are the same is like saying British and italians are the same

    yes, as ever, excellent and enlightening work .. would greatly appreciate a talk about PUMAPUNKU, from an historical arts perspective (most are conspiracy theorist cranks) .. imho one of the most intriguing and evocative southern sites .. the crystalline geometry, the uncanny almost impossible precision, the enigma of its origin, construction, purpose, destruction and meaning elude comprehension (and any period human ideotechnology) peace :j
