reo is the maaori word for language, a mihi is what they call the sentences taught in the video, saying that stuff is actually known as a pepeha. Hope this helps

@@tomburgess7859 I always thought that mihi is a greeting and pepeha is an introduction of yourself. Mihimihi is addressed to a group and includes a pepeha.
