They have 2 issues one was the asking price was always about the same as the leading competition. Then there is the issue where So many countries are not selling the product. No point in hyping up a product if it's not available to the majority.

YG S 8GB RAM at £799 is not bad, and 8GB RAM is actually enough. I mean if you want 512GB storage or something, then okay, it’s very low for you, it has 256GB storage. It does have UFS 3.1 so the storage speeds are same, it has the LPDDR5 storage as well. In terms of software, I hear you. In my country, their customer service is very good. And their cameras are of of their strong points dude, go look at the reviews.

@@tanujbajargan352 Ive seen the reviews and i speak for myself. I have owned many xperias from the past. I am a sonyhead i own various sony products. But until now, smartphone just isnt their game. Speaking as Xperia user since 2011 xperia arc My current device is Xperia XZ2

They used to sell phones worth 15k at 22k lmao. Their management wasn't great either. They were releasing new flagships every 6 months like Oneplus does and thereby making the older device lose it's value faster. Also poor marketing. Glad they fucked off lol.

Do you know that video quality is different between cameras and phones on the same resolution? Hell, it's even different between cameras. Besides, there are Sony cameras capable of 4k120fps.

My first smart phone was Sony Experia C. And I miss that still this day. My brother lost it in train. I love my brother but miss the phone too.
Now all they have to do is to release this phone with a price starting from 37k for an 8gb 128gb variant

There's nothing compact about a 6" phablet. It's still oversized. A real Compact - tree one we want - has a 5" screen. 5.5" tops without bezels.

6 inch is also compact now. Because it is 21 by 9 aspect ratio. It has 81 percent screen to body ratio. Slightly wider (65 vs 68 mm) than xz1 compact

I had the Xperia Z3 for 3 years and it was the best experience I've ever had with a smartphone. It was so ahead of its time and was better than every iPhone at the time. If this one comes with a reasonable price, I might consider going back to Sony.
