This is an introduction to "Kiyose Store, the first store of a high-end bread specialty store produced by Takuya Kishimoto, known as the mastermind behind the popular bakery.
Many people eat this bread every day.
Through trial and error, they have developed two types of delicious, high-end bread that you will never get tired of.
The plain "Konjikomi" is 2 loaf size, and the "Jewel Box" is made with Muscat raisins.
This high-end bread is delicious as it is, with a thin crust and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, made with carefully selected ingredients, a unique manufacturing method, and a convection oven.
★Specially selected flour
A flour blend that achieves a texture that melts just right in your mouth, which is essential to express the fine "melt-in-your-mouth texture" that can only be tasted here.
★Specially selected salt
A natural product of Iwate, made using the traditional direct boiling method (jikiniseiho), in which seawater is boiled in a kiln and crystallized. ★Specially Selected Butter
Noda Salt is packed with the minerals of sea salt.
Domestic butter adds a rich buttery flavor that spreads in your mouth after eating.

Sun Muscat Raisins, grown in the great outdoors of Australia, are characterized by their popping texture and rich, refreshing taste.
