Introducing the all-new BMC Roadmachine
Спорт
Yes, it's Roadmachine
Speed. Comfort. Endurance. Versatility. Introducing the continuation of the Roadmachine legacy with the release of the 3rd generation of this category-defining bike. Engineering a road bike optimized for 32-35 mm tires with the capability to take 40 mm tires represents evolution, but it required a rethink. With bigger wheels came tweaks to the geometry. The result?
Faster than ever while still entirely appropriate for all surfaces. We set the new benchmark, so you can ride without limits. Meet the future of endurance bikes.

Hell yeah, the merging of endurance bikes and fast gravel bikes makes a lot of sense- nice work BMC.

@@stevekelly6544 oh yeah. I agree completely. Very happy to see it.
would be so cool to kinda have all frame colours in all price categories
Love this bike - it's the everything bike which I have craved my whole cycling career!
Love all the new features! Hottest bike right now I think!
Gorgeous bike
I miss just a good look of that bike. All the editing and quick camera switches don't really enable one to see well how it looks like and assess it's main features.
Marketed as a real useable bike for the masses which is great, so Why don’t they put fender mounts on for more real world usability?

The Roadmachine 01 collection features a mount for our D-fender as well as being engineered to handle clip on fenders, while the Roadmachine collection has full fender mounting capability. Hope that helps!

What "masses" are purchasing a $13,000 non-powered bicycle? Maybe a mass of doctors, dentists, layers, overpaid CEO's or corrupt politicians. No masses of average citizens are buying this at the price of a solid relatively low mileage used automobile. They want nearly twice as much for this as my Kawasaki Ninja 650 was BRAND NEW out the door with tax, title and registration, and that motorbike has EXPONENTIALLY more R&D, tech, and true manufacturing costs in it than this non-powered bicycle.
Wonder if the frameset or SRAM Rival options will be available in the future?

They kinda avoided rival on their higher end framesets didn't they?
Nice vid, maybe too many call outs at the end, other than that, sweet
The worst thing about the new speedmachine is the fact that the rear light is not usb-c, I really hope you guys learned but I have a sad feeling that the roadmachine's rear light is also not usb-c lol. Its like you guys are 99% there, you really are, and then that one tiny percent oversight just holds you back lol.

micro USB? I do not need a light - Garmin Varia is the no brainer! No bike without Varia!
I would recommend to wait for prices before saying that it addresses the mass market of cyclists…

@@petersouthernboy6327 fair enough! Industry is reacting to the consumer demand which is good.
