Hi, I have been trialing the RMS VPN to manage our equipment at remote sites and while I really liked the RMS platform in general, the connection speed of your VPN service has been a major issue forcing us to turn away from using your product. We have RUT240 acting as a VPN endpoint with devices like PLC and HMI on its LAN and the router has a wired connection to WAN with high speed connection to internet and whenever we try to access our equipment through the RMS VPN we end up with atrocious level of delay to the point where it is almost impossible to do any work on it. Is there a way to resolve this issue or is it a limitation of the RMS VPN? I am based in Australasia region (New Zealand).

Hello, I have not found any newer information on the RMS VPN Client for PC as mentioned by @Tomas at 20:29 in the above video. Now, a year later, is there or will there be such a client soon? Thanks Dan
