I am an older person with lots of years in customer services environment. Both options 1 & 2 suits the role, but opt 2 is more suited to my own words and the position for which I'm being interviewed. Thank you for your guidance.

@@CareerVidz Thank you for your comment Richard. I like the 2nd option as the wordings is more how I'd articulate naturally, when I speak therefore wouldn't come over as contrived! Also, phrases used is more suited to the position and my experiences.
