I like the comb the most, but I think that the part where she uses her nails to go over the tea bags is cutting it very close. I am staying in a hotel and when I go down for hot chocolate, and I see the tea box holding packets of sweet sweet nestle powder for rich hot chocolate, I do that almost every day because of my obsession for asmr

If you want to be sun burned like your a piece of bacon a lot during the summer, go right ahead and join the Irish group. It's not fun all the time to be Irish but... I'm like a goddess in my class because I'm like the only Irish person and because my skin. Its fun with that but with sunburns? NO!!!!!! JUST NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you also notice how the most relaxing sounds resemble natural sounds we usually hear when we (or our ancestors) were in a safe place? For instance: ocean waves in the distance, when we were safe in a village/house A cosy fireplace when we were home with our family safe from predators, protected... We were at peace then. Maybe that is why the sounds give us peace as well.

It’s been 7 years but I still come back to this video every once in a while to listen to the makeup bag sound. It’s so creamy

I have been watching her since 2012 too!

This video is 6 years old. It was one of the first videos that got me into ASMR. I have ADHD and chronic anxiety and I started listening first just out of curiosity to see if I had an ASMR response (I do) but then realized that ASMR videos (or at least certain kinds of ASMR videos) really do relax me in a way that not much else does. When I feel stressed I put one on and it gives my mind something to focus on. I especially like the slow videos because it lets my brain slow down a little. A lot of people who make ASMR for ADHD videos do a lot of fast chaotic constantly changing triggers cuz that’s the stereotype but actually for me personally I love the slow and quiet triggers most. This video is sooooooo relaxing for me because there are so many slow movements and slow speech and nice quiet crinkly and tapping sounds 😌

i’m just gonna be honest ... i’ve gotten to the comb part maybe twice out of the hundred times i’ve watched this, all because of that orange bag 🍊

So when i was younger i used to feel tingles and fall sleepy to the sounds of the crayon boxes and wrappers in school. I obviously didnt know what this was because i was in fourth grade. And one day sister was throwing a doodle she drew away i was like " doesent that make u fall asleep?" she laughed and thought i was weird lol. so then thsi other day i was really tired and couldnt fall asleep so i tried to find ways so i decided to look up videos to help u sleep and it showex the delta waves and music etc. and then i saw a person it was (heatherfeather) and i was like what? how does this have anything to what im looking for so i clicked it and then she was making sounds with her objects and found out was ASMR was and i was like ohhh this is what it is. It's just me and that orange bag against the world

That orange bag is so intoxicating because it’s the perfect sound combination of night rain and constant rolling thunder. It’s quite beautiful honestly.

This is the vid that got me into ASMR. I went from being someone with chronic insomnia to being excited for bed each night cause I can listen to different Maria vid for like 10 minutes 'til I pass out. I even bought this nail Polish. 2 bottles of it just in case cause damn them nails are fierce.

My parents always fight. I've become accustomed to certain sounds and quiet aggressive whispers echoing from downstairs. Then your ASMR popped up into the suggestions. Where closing my door and going into my closet didn't help, your videos did. i could relax and actually sleep without hearing the constant screams and noises coming from my mom and dad. It's better now because they are getting divorced and never stay in the same house, but I still listen and watch you Maria because you comforted me whenever no one else could (and you were a stranger from KZread!). I love her attention to detail. Her graceful hands, her soothing voice, the way her nails are long enough to make lovely noises but not freakishly long, the way her nail polish color makes her nails blend in with her fingers. The tea bags, the orange purse. The pink comb. I love that her hands stroking the steel colored fabric do sound like ocean waves if you just relax into it. But the pink mask with beads...that is my favorite. That tingle inducing "puk puk puk" noise (and yes, I did just spend five minutes trying to decide what word best described that sound) is exquisite. I first discovered this video maybe five years ago and if I only have time to listen to one ASMR video, this is the one.

2021, this has been one of my favorites now for 4 years
