Why though ? Sharks are absolutely dangerous, especially great whites. She swims for the adrenaline, but it's super dangerous. Also, it habituates the shark to human presence, and it will create accidents. She's the next Timothy Treadwell unfortunately...

I went to the Galapagos for two weeks. It was the best time of my life. We had a guide who introduced us to the animals especially the white tipped sharks. He held my hand while taking me down to where they were circling and very peaceful. It was phenomenal !

In awe with the shark footage. In ohhh for the insanely beautiful & brave lady. Just wow!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the work that you do Ocean (and what a fitting and awesome name for you, lol). I've come to learn that sharks are sentient curious amazing creatures (lol I now have an intense desire to swim with them, never thought I'd say that), and it's truly tragic that they're being killed so so much and so rapidly, it needs to stop. Oh and YES I came to all this enlightenment from KZread videos like yours, from seeing that sharks aren't mindless monsters (like so many of us have been taught by the media and by culture stereotypes), that they are sentient and amazing. And it's b/c of KZread videos. So yasss keep doing what you're doing, videos can help change things!!!!

crazy woman but love your confidence also I believe sharks are very important to the ecology of our seas and oceans and i am abhorred the killing of sharks for their fins this practice should be criminalised and those responsible prosecuted

She's so beautiful..usually females who spend alot of time in the ocean look like leather once you see them up close...hopefully she'll continue to protect her skin with suits and sunscreen..hats and shades...she's very pretty.

I want to see her whisper a non fully to the max fed great white….. that’s all! Your a shark whisperer then! When she hit deep blue in the gills on accident blue opened her jaw and flinched …. Ya ocean woulda been legless had blue not been comatose….kind of like bull sharks in deep water vs shallow or night vs day….very big differences but people take these calm times or rare cases and just superimpose what they want….. that’s the way of the world these days….. even do it with our species!

U shouldn't be touching them and imposing yourself in their space! Which is the sea, we all know u love to be seen in ur tiny bikini and u are very beautiful, but leave the sharks alone!😡 stop touching them! 90 percent of marine biologist who actually care 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ unbelievable

Check out her other videos. She has been working with these animals her entire life and studies their body language. She is not just diving to get clicks. She is very well educated and trying to spread awareness. Some of these sharks she knows very well and they come up to greet her. They don’t chum the water, the sharks are approaching because they are curious. She uses touch to guide them away from her safely. I recommend doing some research before assuming she doesn’t know what she is doing just because she is beautiful
