Beside being a full-time competition climber focused only on bouldering, Andreas Hofherr reached out for a new challenge in climbing. After a spontaneous visit to Murgtal, he fell in love with Bernd Zangerl's line "Into the Sun," which combines bouldering with the cleanest form of lead climbing: trad climbing. Not only a physical problem but also a mental challenge as it's his first experience in placing some gear. Inspired by Jacopo Larcher, Andi secured himself a repetition of "Into the Sun" 8c+ (trad) in a stunning two sessions! Well done, Andi!
